How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Eveningvalue Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Eveningvalue Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Eveningvalue Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@eveningvalue.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
